01. How far in advance do I need to book my dream wedding blooms?
Get ahead of the game and secure your spot ASAP, our calendar fills up quick! But hey, shoot us a message anyways, maybe we can work something out.

02. Do I need to have a consultation before booking?
Absolutely, let's chat and make sure we the right florist for you before we start crafting your floral vision.

03. How do I get the ball rolling on my wedding florals?
Drop us a line via the contact form, email, or slide into our DM’s to set up your consultation.

04. What should I bring to the consultation?
Just bring yourselves and any visuals that inspire you - photos, fabrics, ideas - visuals are always helpful to get the ball rolling. 

05. How can I secure my wedding date?
A £100 non refundable, transferable deposit will be taken to lock down your wedding date with us. 

06. What is your pricing?
Every wedding is unique and so are our prices, it all depends on the florals and styles you're after.

07. Do you offer wedding packages?
Let's talk about what you need and see what we can create together.

08. What areas do you cover?
Flaura is based in Cornwall, and cover weddings from Lands End to Launceston. But for special occasions like weddings and events, we're up for the adventure and will travel to make sure your vision comes to life no matter where you are. Let us bring the beauty to you!

09. What are your delivery, set up and take down fees?
Distance and design complexity are key factors in determining these costs, but we'll always be transparent and upfront about them during consultation.

10. What if the flowers I want are not in season?
Don't fret, we'll chat about your options and find the perfect alternative blooms for your big day.

11. What is your deposit policy and how do I pay my deposit?
To secure your wedding date, we require a £100 non-refundable but transferable deposit. We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, or Paypal, whatever floats your boat.

12. Do you provide flowers for other events besides weddings?
Absolutely! Whether a birthday, engagement party, proposal, baby shower, grand opening, screening, fundraiser, corporate event or gala, get in touch to discuss your vision and how we can elevate your event.
