01. How do I place an order? 
You can order and pay straight from our shop page or if you’d like something not in our online store you can slide into our DMs, drop us an email, fill out our contact form or call when the lines are open. Once your order is placed, we will promptly send you payment details. You can rest easy knowing that once payment is received, your order will be confirmed and delivered right on schedule.

03. What product types are available?
We've got fresh and dried blooms, stunning bouquets and wreaths, badass wedding and event arrangements, killer installations, and funeral flowers that will honour your loved ones. 

04. What areas do you deliver to?
We offer local delivery for all your gift and funeral needs. Including Camborne, Redruth, Hayle and surrounding areas. If you're located in a TR postcode, we'd love to help and delivery can be arranged. And for those special occasions like weddings and events, we're up for the adventure and will travel to make sure your vision comes to life no matter where you are. Let us bring the beauty to you!


05. Can I pick a delivery time?

Time is precious - we get it! Give us the scoop on your ideal drop-off time and we'll do our best to make it happen. 

06. Can I get same-day delivery?
Sorry, no same-day delivery here! But hey, good things come to those who wait. We need 48hrs notice so you can plan ahead and still get your floral fix. Let us know when you want your blooms to arrive, and we'll make sure they show up looking fresh and fabulous.


07. Will my flowers be left if no one is home?
If there's a safe spot to leave your flowers (think porch, shed, or back garden) or a trusted neighbour who can accept them, please let us know and we'll make sure they're left there. However, if there's no secure location available, don't worry - we'll arrange for a redelivery to ensure your flowers arrive in pristine condition. If delivery has to be attempted a third time, charges may incur.

08. Is in-store pick up available?
We don't currently offer in-store pick-up. But don't let that stop you from enjoying our amazing floral creations! Our delivery options are fast, reliable, and will make sure your blooms arrive looking their best.

09. Is there an offer code or coupon code I can use?
